\r\n The designer is responsible for designing the molds and monitoring the work. He\/she must ensure good communication with the customer, the programming department and the production department. He or she must have at least 5 years' experience in the field and a college diploma in mechanical engineering. A good knowledge of the mold world is an asset.

\r\n The programmer is responsible for programming parts for CNC machining centers, producing assembly sheets and collaborating with the production department manager to ensure the necessary follow-ups. He\/she must have at least 4 years' experience as a programmer, a DEC in mechanical engineering OR a DEP in machining techniques with ASP in CNC machining. A good knowledge of machining processes and the various tools used, as well as experience in the mold industry, are assets.

\r\n The machinist-toolmaker is responsible for operating various conventional equipment: lathes, milling machines, grinding machines, drilling machines. He or she must perform different setups on different machine tools, tool the machines appropriately and make the necessary adjustments to produce a part that meets the drawing specifications.

\r\n The CNC machinist is responsible for machining parts on various CNC machines, as well as for quality control. He or she must have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a CNC machinist, as well as a DEP in Machining Technique and an ASP in machining on CNC machine tools. A good knowledge of injection molds is an asset.

\r\n The polisher is responsible for polishing parts to customer specifications using a variety of hand and pneumatic tools. He or she must have at least 2 years' experience as a polisher. In addition, a good knowledge of different steels is an asset.
